Anxiety & overwhelm
Finding space to understand worry, pressure, panic and the feeling of always needing to cope.
In-person and online counselling
I offer warm, relational counselling for adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, or simply ready to understand themselves more deeply.
You do not have to work it out alone
“Therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of what is happening, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.”
About me
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor based in Chipping Norton. My approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience, and that meaningful change can grow from being met with empathy, honesty and respect.
I will not judge, diagnose or tell you how to live. Instead, we will work collaboratively, at a pace that feels manageable, to explore the experiences, feelings and patterns that matter to you.
How I can help
Counselling can be helpful when life feels difficult, confusing or disconnected — whether there is a clear reason or not.
Finding space to understand worry, pressure, panic and the feeling of always needing to cope.
Exploring harsh self-criticism, shame, hopelessness and what may be getting in the way of feeling fully alive.
Understanding recurring patterns, communication difficulties, people-pleasing, anger or disconnection.
Support through bereavement, separation, identity changes, retirement, work changes or uncertain next chapters.
Gently making sense of experiences that continue to affect how you feel, respond and relate today.
A reflective space for greater self-awareness, confidence, meaning and a stronger sense of choice.
